Every week local farmers deliver fresh fat to our facility in Enniscorthy, in Ireland. Not frozen, not oxidised and never stored for months. Fresh, clean and full of natural nutrients.
We render it ourselves with low heat and patience, the same way our families did for generations. This is hard, manual labour. No other brand is crazy enough to go through this pain.
